How we use your details
This notice covers the information you give us when you register for the Simonds Holiday Showcase at simondsevents.co.uk.
What we collect
Your name/s, email address, phone number (if given) and the time slot you choose. We also record the date and time you registered and basic technical information (such as your IP address) to protect the site from misuse.
Why we collect it
To manage your place at the event, send you a confirmation and calendar invite, contact you if anything about the day changes, and plan numbers for refreshments and coach rides. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running the event you have asked to attend.
Who sees it
The Simonds events team and the systems we use to run the site: our database host, our web host and our email provider, each acting on our instructions. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for up to three months after the event, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or ask us not to contact you. Email gemma.page@simonds.co.uk and we will respond promptly.
